(Michigan City, IN) - Michigan City Police are investigating a shooting.

Police said officers about 1:30 yesterday morning responded to the area of E. Coolspring and Dody avenues and located a 20 year old man with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder.

He was taken to the hospital with what police described as a “non-life threatening injury.”

So far, no arrests have been reported.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Michigan City Police.
