(La Porte County, IN) - A man stopped by La Porte County Police for erratic driving was arrested with an alleged blood alcohol content nearly five times the legal limit.

 

Marcus Felder, 54, of La Porte is charged with Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.

 

Police said Felder was stopped Saturday evening in the area of 400 North and 850 West for failing to remain in his own travel lane.  According to police, there were two open containers of an alcoholic beverage in his vehicle.

 

His alleged blood alcohol level was .394-percent.
