(St. Joseph County, IN) - The driver of a minibike was killed in a crash with an SUV near North Liberty on Wednesday.

 

The accident occurred about 6 p.m. in the 67000 block of Walnut Road.

 

According to police, both vehicles were southbound when they collided near the intersection of Leeper Road.  The driver of the minibike was taken to a hospital where he later died.

 

The name of the victim, so far, has not been released.  Further details were also not provided due to the ongoing investigation.
