(La Porte County, IN) - A stretch of highway in La Porte County has reopened.

U.S. 35 was closed from State Road 39 to U.S. 20 the past few weeks for a structure replacement.

According to state highway officials, repaving that stretch of U.S. 35 will begin tomorrow, depending on weather.  Flaggers will direct traffic where the paving is occurring.
