(La Porte, IN) - A La Porte man is accused taking sexually suggestive pictures and videos of a teenage girl without her knowing about it.

 

Timothy Hall, III, 27, is charged in La Porte Circuit Court with Level 6 felony voyeurism.

 

 

 

 

According to court documents, Hall is answering to allegations that he took images of the girl with a camera while she was partially nude in a bathroom at a home sometime between 2021 and 2024.

 

Police said the investigation began in February when that and other images of the girl partially nude and fully clothed with her back to the camera were discovered on his cell phone.

 

The girl estimates the images were taken when she was 13 to 15, police said.

 

According to police, the charges were filed after repeated attempts by investigators to reach Hall for questioning as recently as July 1 failed.  He could face anywhere from a six month to 30 month sentence.
