(La Porte, IN) - A half-naked woman about to have sex with a man at a park in La Porte is behind bars.

 

Kayla McGinnis, 35, is charged in La Porte Circuit Court with public indecency along with multiple drug related counts.

 

According to the charging information, an officer about 6 a.m. on July 23 was patrolling Fox Park when he spotted a woman inside a parked vehicle naked from the waist down.  Police said she was with a man, who told the officer they were at the park because they had no appropriate place to go for “alone time” since he’s married.

 

During a search, police said the La Porte woman was found with a small amount of methamphetamine, a psychedelic mushroom along with smoking pipes.

 

The still fully clothed man was allowed to go, police said.
