(La Porte, IN) - A La Porte man could face time behind bars for allegedly posting nude photos of an ex-girlfriend on social media without her permission.

 

Zachary Luker, 21, is charged in La Porte Circuit Court with two counts of Class A misdemeanor distribution of an intimate image, Class B misdemeanor false informing and Level 6 felony obstruction of justice.

 

According to the charging information, the investigation began in late June when the alleged victim told La Porte Police that Luker took screenshots of her naked during a “video call” and posted them on Twitter without permission from her.

 

When questioned by investigators, police said Luker admitted posting the pictures but claimed he had her permission.

 

The alleged victim when contacted again by police insisted she did not authorize the posting of any of the nude photos.

 

Luker was not arrested but given a summons to appear in court on the allegations.
