(La Porte County, IN) - A counterfeit $10 bill drew the attention of La Porte County Police.

Police said a man at the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization in Rolling Prairie pulled out his wallet Tuesday to purchase a drink when he discovered the counterfeit bill.

The man said the bill came from his winnings at the bar the previous day from playing the pull tabs, according to police.

Police said the bill clearly marked “FOR MOTION PICTURES PURPOSES” was disposed of properly.
