(Starke County, IN) - A tornado in Starke County during Tuesday night’s storm has been confirmed by the National Weather Service, which classified it as an EF2 tornado.
The maximum wind speeds were up to 115 miles per hour.
No deaths or injuries were reported, but there was widespread damage.
The NWS said the tornado was about 1,000 yards wide and traveled about 15 miles before dissipating near the Starke County Airport.
