(La Porte, IN) - A La Porte man could face prison time for allegedly pointing a loaded gun at three individuals during a dispute. Brandon Dadlow, 38, is charged in La Porte Circuit Court with Level 5 felony intimidation and Level 6 felony pointing a firearm.
According to court documents, Dadlow got into an argument with a man over a woman early on January 17 at Monty’s Pool Hall at 1004 Lincolnway in downtown La Porte. The conflict was taken outside where Dadlow allegedly pointed a gun near the head of the man.
Police said Dadlow then pointed the gun at the owner of the establishment, who went outside to make sure he was leaving and not causing any further problems. He's also accused of pointing the gun at one other man before getting into his vehicle and pulling away.
Police said responding officers located him later that night at his residence where he was arrested, initially, for operating while intoxicated. Dadlow was still being held in the La Porte County Jail on $15,000 bond.
