(Michigan City, IN) - Washington Park Zoo in Michigan City has received another generous donation.  $95,000 has been given to the zoo by the Otto and Margaret Zack Charitable Trust.

The money will go towards upgrading one of the zoo’s backup generators, enhancing exhibits, and purchasing animal care needs.

In recent years, the Otto and Margaret Zack Charitable Trust has donated to the Washington Park Zoo, as well as to the Michiana Humane Society and the small animal shelter in La Porte.
