(Walkerton, IN) - A house was heavily damaged by fire over the weekend in Walkerton.

Fortunately, there were no injuries.

The fire happened Saturday at a two story house on Roosevelt Road.  Officials said the fire was likely electrical but still under investigation.

The family impacted by the fire is being assisted by the not for profit Operation Lend a Hand organization.
