(La Porte County, IN) - Another driver returning from Michigan was busted in La Porte County yesterday for having dispensary marijuana.

About 12:30 p.m., a sheriff’s deputy began following a vehicle driving a bit erratically on State Road 39 about two miles south of the state line, according to La Porte County Police.

During a traffic stop, police said the driver, Carlos Ramos, was found with seven THC cartridges.  He was given a summons to appear in court on a possession of marijuana charge.

Police say it appears he traveled from Valparaiso to New Buffalo Township to purchase the drugs from a dispensary.
