(La Porte, IN) - The La Porte High School Boys Basketball program will once again be hosting a youth basketball program for boys in grades 3-6.

 

The program is geared toward students within LPCSC that are interested in playing basketball for the Slicers at the high school level.

 

The first two weeks will be skills sessions followed by five weeks of games.  The high school coaching staff and the Slicer Boys basketball team will be coaching and officiating the weekly sessions, along with other volunteer coaches.

 

Games will be played at both the high school and Kesling Middle School on the dates listed below.

 

Skills Sessions: The first two weeks will be skills sessions, focusing on both individual and team fundamentals.

Monday, November 24 - @ LPHS
? 3rd-6th Grade: 12:00-2:00 PM
Tuesday, December 2 - @ LPHS
? 3rd-6th Grade: 5:30-7:30 PM

 

Game Days: The last five sessions will be used for games from December 8 through January 14.

Cost: The fee for this program is $85.00. All participants in the Future Slicer Basketball Academy receive:
- Reversible Slicers Basketball Jersey
- Slicer Basketball T-Shirt
- Free Entry into all home JV/V Boys Basketball Games except for tournaments. 

Deadline: All registrations & payment are due by November 17. Registration can be dropped off at LPHS or can be paid online through eventlink.   Make checks payable to “LPHS Boys Basketball”.
