(La Porte County, IN) - A man could face jail time on allegations he urinated on the floors and walls of bathrooms at a La Porte County park.

 

Joshua Christian, 42, is charged with malicious mischief.

 

On multiple occasions, Christian urinated on the floors and walls of the men’s and women’s bathrooms at Bluhm County Park near Westville, according to La Porte County Police.

 

Police said the evidence shows he was there riding his bicycle on the trails during his deplorable acts of mischief.

 

About two weeks ago, officers responding to another complaint pulled him over after spotting his vehicle near the park.

 

Police said the evidence includes video of him entering and leaving the bathrooms just prior to a park employee making at least one of the discoveries.

 

The Valparaiso man could face as much as six months in jail and an up to $1,000 fine on the Class B misdemeanor charge.
