(La Porte, IN) - A La Porte man who flipped his car reportedly had way too much to drink. 45-year old Manuel Diaz-Flores is charged with operating while intoxicated.

 

According to La Porte County Police, he hit the back end of a car late Sunday morning.

 

The car driver was following him when the suspect overturned his SUV in the area of State Road 39 and Severs Road.

 

Police say beer, along with a cooler, were recovered from the crash site. In addition, Diaz-Flores had an alleged blood alcohol level about four times the legal limit.

 

No injuries were reported.
