Krista Ann Martin, 49 of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
Krista was born on May 8, 1977, in La Porte, Indiana, to the late Dennis Schmidt and Donna Mae (Vandierendonck) Schmidt. Krista is survived by her husband, Robert Martin who she married on January 17, 2018; and her sons, Gavin Thomas of La Porte and Tyler Johnson of Jasper, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Friday, October 30, 2026, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.
Private burial will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in La Porte.
