Tony Joseph Brown , 60, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 9:49 am in Franciscan Health - Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.
A time of gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.
He was born June 13, 1966, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Thomas and Betty (McCormick) Brown. On September 2, 1989, in Michigan City, Indiana, he married Kimberly Greene who survives in Michigan City, Indiana. Also surviving are his son, Kyle Brown of Michigan City, Indiana; sisters,Elizabeth (Darren) Westphal of Michigan City, Indiana, Linda Felske of Ocala, Florida, and Sharon (Bob) Nolen of Canada, mother-in-law, Barbara Greene of Michigan City, Indiana; sisters-in-law, Pam (Tim) Mallon, Linda (Steve) Novak, Debbie (Rick) Miller, Lynda Brown, and Robin Brown; best friend, Brant Giles along with several nieces, nephews and cousins; He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Brown,and Jeffery Brown; brother-in-law, William Greene, Jr.; Sister-in-law, Diane Lynn Greene and father-in-law, William Greene, Sr.
Tony worked as a mechanic at Greene's BP Service Station, Flanigan Tires, and in the maintenance department of Blue Chip Casino. He enjoyed re-furbishing lawn mowers, going to garage sales and auctions. Tony had a favorite character in the name of Bruce Lee.
