Diana M. Parker, 79, Michigan City, IN, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 11:47 am, in Chesterton Manor, Chesterton, IN.
Private family services will be conducted. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel., Michigan City, IN, is handling arrangements.
She was born May 20, 1947, in Michigan City, IN, to the late John and Lottie ( Czarnecki ) Cizewski.
Surviving are her daughter, Dennice Parker of Michigan City, IN; grandchild, Kaiya Cole of Michigan City, IN; great-grandchild, Tatum Cheffer of Michigan City, IN; two sisters, Anita East of Michigan City, IN, and Dennice Adrian of The Pines, IN, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Terry Cizewski.
Diana retired as a medical transcriptionist at La Porte Hospital. She enjoyed shopping, garage sales and cooking. Diana loved spending time with her family.
