Mary Ann Dehlinger, 91, formerly of Michigan City, Indiana, entered into rest early Monday morning, March 16, 2026, at Mercy Nursing Facility in Lackawanna, NY.
Beloved wife of the late Ronald J. Dehlinger; mother of Donna (Phil) Skwiat, Susan (Don) Brunn, Joanne Dehlinger, Nancy (Anthony) Robinson and Mary (Neal) Grams; grandmother of Megan Skwiat, Paul (Jill) Drabinski, Eric (Natalie) Drabinski, Adam (April) Brinckman, Carol Brinckman, Kathleen (Kristopher) Gouge, Sarah (Rob) Collier, Christopher (Julia) Robinson, Amy (Jared) Cumberledge, Emily (Chris) Ehemann; great-grandmother of 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister of the late Michael J. Greean Jr., Frank Greean and Caroline Springer.
Mary Ann was born on October 16, 1934, in Buffalo, NY, to Michael and Caroline Greean.
On June 11, 1955, in Buffalo, NY, she married Ronald J. Dehlinger, who preceded her in death on July 3, 2005.
Mary Ann was a devoted wife to Ron and a devoted mother to her five daughters. Family was the center of her life. She loved traveling with her husband, going out to lunch and the casino, and spending time on her patio. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching Masterpiece Theater, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune. She volunteered in the past as a Pink Lady at St. Anthony Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana, and was a giving person in every aspect of her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who lovingly knew her.
Family will hold a private service at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana, at a future date.
