Linda K. Mills, 78, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, at 9:50 pm in The Elms at Michigan City, Michigan City, IN.
Private family services will be conducted. Private burial will take place in Hanna Cemetery, Hanna, IN.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN.
She was born July 11, 1947, in Michigan City, IN, to the late Kenneth and
Martha Gene (Cline) Wilson. On December 23, 1966, in Wanatah, IN, she
married Keith Mills who preceded her on November 3, 2018.
Surviving are two daughters, Melissa (Dane) Lee of Linton, IN, and Corinne (Bobby) Pruett of Bedford, IN; son, Shane (Julie) Mills of Alliance, OH; eight grandchildren, Alex, Anthony and Kate Lee, Gabrielle, Molly, Dominic and David Pruett and Paige Mills; and two step-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John and William Wilson.
Linda retired as an educator with Michigan City Area Schools.  She was a
member of First United Methodist Church, Michigan City, IN, and the South
Shore Camera Club. Linda enjoyed substitute teaching.
