Greg A. Neff, 67 years old of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2026 in Michigan City, Indiana.

He was born Tuesday, March 25, 1958, in Knox, Indiana, son of the late Lloyd Neff and the late Annabelle(Bottorff) Bailey.

Greg enjoyed eating at the Sugar Bowl and riding his Harley.  He loved driving truck and visting with his friends.  His greatest passion was spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He was a retired truck driver.

Surviving are Son, Keith(Kelly) Neff of Westville, Indiana, Daughter, Amber(Earnest) Ratliff of Sandyhook, Kentucky, 8 grandchildren: Summer of Westville, Indiana, Brennen of La Porte, Indiana, Nicole of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Jordan of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Anthony of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Anna of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, and Sophia of Sandy Hook, Kentucky,  2 great-grandchildren, brother, Gary Bailey of San Pierre, Indiana, brother, David Bailey of Pryor, Oklahoma, sister, Selena(Timothy) Chapman of Demotte, Indiana, sister, Connie Kolasa of Michigan City, Indiana, life-long friend, James Green of Knoxville, Tennessee, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Neff and Annabelle Bailey, and brother, Gordon Lee Cox.

Celebration of life will be held at the Knox VFW Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 1 PM to 6 PM.  Dinner and refreshments will be served.

Interment will be at a later date at the Crown Hill Cemetery, Knox, Indiana.
