Tanya Kay Hagler, 70, of La Porte, IN, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Brickyard Health-La Porte Care Center.
She was born on March 21, 1955, in La Porte, IN, to Robert Knowlton and Mary (Jensen) Zilske.
Tanya is survived by her sister, Shelley Knowlton of La Porte; niece, Kila Hyatte of Kingsford Heights; nephew, Keith Hyatte of Bardstown, KY; great-nephews, Konnor Hyatte of Kingsford Heights and Brayden Hyatte of Bardstown, KY; and great-niece, Cheyenne Hyatte of Bardstown, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dennis Eckert.
Tanya was a laborer for many years. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her sister.
Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center in La Porte provided cremation services.
