April Denise (Bibb) Norman Gallaher, 69, Cypress Inn, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. in Florence, Alabama.
There will be no funeral services, cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN, is handling the arrangements.
She was born on April 12, 1956, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late John W. and Betty Lou (Bruce) Bibb. In Cypress Inn, Tennessee, she married Travies Gallaher, who survives in Cypress Inn, Tennessee.
Also surviving are her two sons, Matthew (Kylee) Norman of La Porte, IN, and Eric (Jessica) Norman of Michigan City, IN; and three grandchildren, Brianne Denise Norman, Sadie Katherine Norman, and Samuel Harrison Norman.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John H. Bibb, as well as two sisters, Betty Sue Lewis and Diane Morgan. 
April was the ultimate prankster. She loved playing practical jokes on her kids and family. April Fools' Day was one of her favorite holidays. She loved to bake and cook, especially around Christmas and Thanksgiving. She also loved Lake Michigan and beach days with her family, long car rides, flowers, and any animal that she met. Her family often joked that she loved animals more than people. She loved her children and grandchildren deeply and will be greatly missed by all.
