David Allen Clark, 71, of La Porte, IN, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Northwest Health La Porte.
He was born on July 12, 1954, in Gideon, MO, to Thomas Clark and Rachel (Blanchard) Sherrell.
David and Victoria "Vicky" Williamson were married on May 9, 2003, in the Virgin Islands. He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria "Vicky" Clark; mother, Rachel Sherrell of MO; 2 brothers, Phillip Clark of MO and Michael (Dixie) Clark of La Porte; several nieces and nephews; as well as his beloved buddy and dog, Abigail Clark.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Clark, and 2 sisters, Sue Bonee and Caralee Miller.

David worked many years in the produce section of Meijer, where he retired. He was a music lover who enjoyed playing the guitar and drums. David also enjoyed fishing, antiquing, gardening, and baking. He had a good eye and admired quality made furniture, as well as restored antiques. David will be fondly remembered for his compassion and care for dogs.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
A Private Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held.
