Robert spent many days and hours with his children, grandchildren, and wife. He was a very hard-working man; he had worked for the railroad for 43 years. Robert also enjoyed working very hard in his garden. He enjoyed giving and caring for others. A friend, family member, or even a stranger, Robert loved to give. He enjoyed sharing interesting, crazy stories from working on the railway or his childhood. Robert enjoyed time with his church friends and family. He was a very caring, giving, and gentle man who will be missed dearly.
