Eloise E. Blint, 101, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 7:09 pm in The Elms at Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Buffalo & 10th Streets, Michigan City, Indiana, with Rev. Jordan Fetcko officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.
She was born March 21, 1924, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Frank and Clara (Oshinski) Wagner. On November 19, 1949, in Michigan City, Indiana, she married Gordon R. Blint, who preceded her in death on December 4, 2006.
Surviving are her Godson, John (Jan) Skierkowski of Lafayette, Indiana; dear friends, Peggy Maddox (Dennis) Barry of Michigan City, Indiana, Val Eilers, Pam Kniola, Kathy Huskey, along with many church friends. Eloise was a long-time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She was a member of the Catholic women's study club, volunteered at St. Mary's Thrift Store, Angela House, and formerly volunteered at the former Red Oaks Healthcare Center. Her family and friends wish to acknowledge Traditions Hospice, especially Krista, her nurse, for the tender care and compassion shown.
