Theresa Marie Pagos, 67, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 1:36 pm in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN, with her children by her side.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Friday, August 15, 2025, at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St, Michigan City, IN. Funeral services will immediately follow visitation at 5 pm at the Funeral Chapel.
Celebration of life gathering will take place from 1:00 pm - 5 pm Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the Moose Family Center 980, 2107 Welnetz Rd., Michigan City, IN. Private burial will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
Theresa was born June 20, 1958, in Michigan City, IN, to the late William and Beverly (Volstorf) Dynowski. On August 20, 1983, in Michigan City, IN, she married Donald W. Pagos, who preceded her on November 3, 2011.
Surviving are her daughter, Lindsey (Justin) Browning of Michigan City, IN; son, Michael Pagos of Indianapolis, IN; grandson, Beau Browning of Michigan City, IN; and her significant other, Rick Richmond of Michigan City, IN.; In laws, Donald Sr. (Ruthie) Pagos; sisters-in-law, Marla Walsh and Aimee Weaver, and godson, Matthew Speakman.
Theresa made a friend everywhere she went. She was a social butterfly who was devoted to helping others, nurturing her family and home, and making sincere and long-lasting connections with everyone who crossed her path. Theresa recently retired to become a very dedicated full-time grandmother. Before retirement, she utilized her strengths and worked in customer service so she could continue to engage and support her community. Theresa spent several years volunteering in her community and was highly involved in all activities her children engaged in growing up throughout the years. She was always someone you could count on to be there. Theresa enjoyed many things, but more than anything, she loved spending time with her family and being a grandma.
