Rosemary “Rosie” Lucille Kerwin, 77 of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025.

She was born on March 12, 1948, in La Porte, Indiana, to Owen and Mildred (Glass) Arndt.

Rosie graduated from North Western Illinois University in Education. She was a Teaching Assistant at Kingsford Heights Elementary School.

Rosie is survived by her son, Adam Kerwin of La Porte, and her brother, Paul Arndt. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John, and a sister, Karen Young.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM, Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.

A funeral service will begin at 1 PM following the visitation in the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Tracy Cemetery.
