Robert Sylvan Rose, 92, from Michigan City, IN, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025, at 3:55 pm in his home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be announced at a later date. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements. 
He was born March 17, 1933, in Michigan City, IN, to the late Sylvan and Mary (Deets) Rose. On May 14, 1960, in Michigan City, IN he married Angeline Zezula who preceded him on February 25, 2017.
Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Rose of Michigan City, IN; two sons, Robert Rose of Long Beach, IN, and Jeffrey (Denise) Rose of Laguna Niguel, CA; and three grandchildren, Erik, Hannah, and Laura.
Bob was the retired president and General Insurance Services cofounder and a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and Michigan City Exchange Club.
