Eugenio “Gene” Noyola, 82 of Kingsford Heights, Indiana, passed away at home on Sunday, February 23, 2025.
He was born on July 16, 1942, in Mission, Texas to the late Salvador and Carlota (De Luna) Noyola.
Geno retired from the former Teledyne Casting in La Porte. He was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church in La Porte.
On February 14, 1987, Geno married Estela Mendez who survives with children, Lulu (Ernie) Ortega of La Porte, Dora (Gil Guzman) Martinez of Chicago, Anselmo (Victoria Cervantes) Martinez of Chicago, Rubin (Pola) Martinez of California, Mario (Alma) Martinez of Mexico, Deborah Noyola of Texas, Diana Noyola of Texas, Juan Carlos Mendez of Indiana; 22 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and his siblings, twin sister Josie (Mario) Noyola of Texas, Dominga Noyola of Texas, Raquela Noyola of Texas, and Otilia Noyola of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Eugenio Noyola Jr, and siblings, Juan, Salvador, Desiderio, and Margarito Noyola.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Holy Family Parish, St. Joseph Church, 109 C. Street, La Porte, Indiana.
Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel in La Porte.
