Joel Andres-Rincon, 22, of La Porte, IN, passed away on August 31, 2024.

Joel was born on September 7, 2001, in Pomona, CA, to Jesus Andres Alejo and Rocio Tejeda Rincon.  

Surviving Joel are his parents and 5 siblings, Jesus Andres, Jr. of La Porte, Rocio E. Beauchamp of Seattle, WA, Jonathan Andres of La Porte, Alexander Andres of La Porte, and Alan Andres of La Porte.

Joel proudly served as an artillery specialist on active duty in the United States Army National Guard.  He enjoyed drawing, camping with his friends, playing video games, and creating electronic music.  Most importantly, Joel enjoyed spending time with his family. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, La Porte. 

A time of visitation will be from 4 - 7 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.  Cremation will follow.
