Caryl Ann Volle, 85, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on June 17th, 2024, at her home.

 

Caryl was born on June 11th, 1939, in La Porte, IN, to Oliver "Pete" Gust and Mildred Olson.

 

On July 7th, 1962, in La Porte, IN, she married Albert Volle "LVB" who survives. Also surviving are her 2 daughters, Alyce and Trisha Volle, both of La Porte.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred Olson and Oliver "Pete" Gust; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

 

Caryl worked as a secretary before becoming a homemaker. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Wills Plum Grove Questers Chapter #1415, Red Hats Firecrackers, the Senior Center of Michigan City, and the Carmel Cemetery Association Board. Caryl enjoyed collecting antiques.

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Dennis Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Carmel Cemetery.

 

A time of visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

 

Memorial donations may be made to the Carmel Cemetery Fund or the Bethany Lutheran Church Radio Fund, 102 "G" Street, La Porte, IN 46350.
