Jerome "Jerry" Ofcharchak, 89, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, June 6th, 2024, at 7:31 AM in his home.

 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Walter Ciesla officiating. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service in the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.    

 

He was born October 31st, 1934, in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Emil and Martha (Wolfe).  two sisters, Patricia Januchowski, and Gail Malwin both of Michigan City, Indiana along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

Jerry was a career bartender for many local restaurants /bars.
