Debra L. Euler, 60, of La Porte, passed away on January 24th, 2024 at Northwest Health La Porte.

 

Debra was born in Michigan City, Indiana on April 21st, 1963, to Laura L. (Howland) and James F. King, Jr.

 

On July 27th, 2013, in Pines, Indiana, she married Kevin E. Euler who survives.   Also surviving are her 4 children, Amber (Tracy) and Lel Newlon, III of Mesa, Arizona, Krystal (Tracy) and Mark Wert, Jr. of Westville, Jennifer Tracy of Chesterton, and Jerame and Mary Miller of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; 11 grandchildren, Destin Newlon of Chesterton, Desiree and Leland Newlon of Mesa, Arizona, Kaleb Dilts of Chesterton, Heaven, Josh, Mark Wert, III, and Symphony Wert of Westville, Sara Al-ansari of Chesterton, Melody Stephenson of Chesterton, and Nadia Stone of Chesterton; parents, Laura and James King, Jr. of Mesa, Arizona; brothers, Dale King of Springfield Township and David King; nephew, Matthew and Hannah Cannan of Michigan City; and 2 nieces, Mandy and Miranda Cannan of Berea, Kentucky; as well as several great nephews and nieces.

 

Debra was preceded by her great-niece, Presley Cannan.

 

Debra enjoyed swimming and became a Certified Water Aerobics Instructor.  She loved to be in the sun.  She made artificial flowers.  More than anything, her grandchildren were her world.

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.   

 

A time of visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Cremation will take place following the service.
