Diana Kay Jacobs, 81, La Porte, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, December 5th, 2023, at 5:56 am in her home with her family beside her.

 

Private family services were conducted at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.  Arrangements were handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington Street, Michigan City, Indiana.

 

She was born November 14th, 1942, in Lincoln, Illinois to the late Joseph and Marjorie (Maloy) Fitzsimmons. On June 20th, 1964, in Lincoln, Illinois she married Richard L. Jacobs who survives in La Porte, Indiana.  Also surviving are daughter, Beth Jacobs of La Porte, Indiana; son, Rich Jacobs of Scottsdale, Arizona;    

 

Diane had worked at the Coolspring Dental Clinic unit retiring in 2014.
