Robert R. Neville, 85, Michigan City, IN, passed away Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, at 3:37 am in the University of Chicago Hospital, Chicago, IL.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, November 10th, 2023, at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington Street, Michigan City, IN. Burial will follow in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am -11:00 am, Friday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel.    

 

He was born September 3rd, 1938, in Morgantown, WV to the late Carl and Eleanor (Robson) Neville. On August 17th, 1996, in Michigan City, IN he married Phyllis Wolfe who preceded him on April 9th, 2020.

 

Surviving are a son, Michael Neville of Michigan City, IN; daughter, Lisa (Robert) Koumal of Vail, AZ; two step-sons, Rondell (Kathy) Scott of Michigan City, IN and David (Connie) Scott of Winamac, IN; step-daughter, Darla (Scott) Raye of Valparaiso, IN; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Neville and William Neville.   

 

Bob retired as a coordinator at Midwest Steel and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the Phi Delta Kappa - Gamma Lambda Fraternity, Michigan City, IN, and the Moose Family Center 980. Bob enjoyed yard work and watching sports.
