William "Bill" Kaminski, 73, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday, September 22nd, 2023 at 5:59 a.m. in his home.

 

A memorial gathering will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, October 7th, 2023 at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.   

 

Bill was born on January 10th, 1950, in Michigan City, Indiana, to the late Stanley and Virginia (Piasecki) Kaminski. On April 12th, 1980, in Michigan City, Indiana, he married Ann E.(Todd) Kaminski, who preceded him in death August 29th, 2015.

 

Also preceding in death were his two brothers, Richard and Dan Kaminski.

 

Surviving are his four children, Melissa Jasinski, Ginger (Jason) Scoville, and Joseph Kaminski, all of Michigan City, Indiana, and Monica (Clem) Jenner of La Porte, Indiana; and six grandchildren, Samantha, Levi, Joey, Logan, Dexter, Victor.

 

Bill was a Pattern Maker at Weil-McLain for 32 years. His enjoyments in life included ice racing, riding motorcycle, playing pool and guitar, gardening, cooking, but especially spending time with family and friends.
