Joseph Berlin, 84, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Thursday February 16th, 2023 at Brickyard in La Porte, IN.

 

Joseph was born in Kentucky and was a champion swimmer. He loved to work and spent time working with the Russians when in the Navy representing the United States. 

 

He married Donna (Johnson) Berlin who survives.

 

He is also survived by a sister, Barbara (David) Sipech of La Porte, IN.

 

Joseph was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Berlin, Jr.

 

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Avenue, LaPorte, IN. The family has chosen cremation with a private memorial at a later date.
