Beverly A. Novak

Beverly A. Novak, 90, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 at 11:23 am in Franciscan Health - Michigan City.

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, February 6th, 2023 at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, 606 South Woodland Avenue, Michigan City, IN with Reverand Jordan Fetcko officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday at the Queen of All Saints Legacy Center. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, IN is handling arrangements.    

 

She was born November 12th, 1932 in Michigan City, IN to the late William and Ethel (Jenkins) Rowlands. On November 28th, 1950 in Michigan City, IN she married Joseph Novak who preceded her on September 12th, 2014.

 

Surviving are two daughters, Denise (Harold) Michaels of Hanna, IN and Janice Novak of Michigan City, IN; six grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Richmond of Michigan City, IN, Kevin Novak of Wanatah, IN, Blake Cortelyou of Michigan City, IN, Brad (Trisha) Novak of La Porte, IN, Aaron (Brooke) Kubath of Chesterton, IN and Trevor (Jason) Lambert-Novak of Michigan City, IN; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Shirley Kohler and Nancy Scott, both of Michigan City, IN.

 

She was also preceded in death by her three sons, Steven, Mark and Brian Novak; two sisters, Donna Lewis and Linda Morlan; and her grandchild, Scott Novak.   

 

Beverly was a member of Queen of all Saints Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking, baking, quilting and sewing.
