John Patrick Wozniak, 82, born December 26, 1939 in Michigan City, IN, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022 at Hope Hospice in Fort Myers, FL.

 

Mass of Christian Burial be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, July 8, 2022 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Buffalo & 10th Streets, Michigan City, IN.

Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, IN and from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm Friday at the church.
