Justin Pearson

Justin Pearson of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away unexpectedly on May 9, 2022 at the age of 34.   Justin is survived by his two children, Gage, age 8 and Odin, age 6 of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by his siblings; Jodi Pearson Reese of Ocala, FL; Lisa Pearson Weems of Blue Springs, MO; Connor Nash of Mishawaka, IN; and Isabella Lopez Alberola of Chicago, IL as well as his mother Elizabeth Riley Nash of Chicago, IL.  

 

Justin is preceded in death by his father Gregory Pearson of La Porte, IN; and both his paternal and maternal grandparents. 

 

Justin was born in La Porte, IN, and spent most of his childhood in the South Bend area before moving to Florida as a teenager. He loved to skateboard, listen to alternative music and play the guitar. Justin had an infectious laugh and gained much pleasure from making others laugh around him. He was sure to put a smile on your face.  

 

Justin has many relatives, family and friends that will miss him dearly, including the mother of his children, Ashley Behan of Tampa, FL, his "Brothers for Life" Brett and Adam Wallis, Marty Nash, who was like a father to him and step-grandparents Sandra and Thomas Nash.  

 

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. where his family and friends will host a visitation, Saturday, July 2nd from 11a.m. to Noon, followed by a Celebration of Justin's life at Noon central time with Pastor Bob Vale, officiating. Interment will take place on Tuesday, July 5 at 10 AM at the Pine Lake Cemetery La Porte, IN. where Justin's cremated remains will be placed at the foot of his father's grave. 

 

A get together will follow the service Saturday at Casey's in La Porte from 1 to 5p.m.  Dishes are welcome. 

 

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the Haverstock Funeral Home in Justin's memory.
