Lois J. West, 74, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 7:20 pm in Northwest Health-La Porte.

 

Private services and burial will take place. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St. Michigan City, IN.   

 

She was born December 17, 1947 in Millstone, KY to the late Arlie and Levenis (Lykins) Kiser. On December 12, 1964 in Michigan City, IN she married Daniel West who preceded her on September 22, 2014.

 

Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly (Terry) Perlongo of Michigan City, IN; son, Anthony West of Michigan City, IN; grandchildren, Trevor, Amber, Josh, Garrett and Amy; great-grandchildren, Fallen, Kambria and Kasen; and two brothers, Bob (Karen) Kiser of Michigan City, IN and J.B. (Carole) Kiser of Germantown, TN.

 

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Flora Lambert-White; and brother, Otis Kiser.

 

Lois retired as a hostess at Hacienda Restaurant. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
