Raymond Edward Alexander, 47, of Kingsford Heights, Indiana, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022 at home in Kingsford Heights, IN.

 

He was born January 2, 1975 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Raymond Alexander Jr. and Lori (Carlson) Alexander.

 

Ray loved many things in his life. He was an artist and enjoyed tattooing, wood-burning, collecting coins as well as baseball cards. He enjoyed fishing with family and friends, and truly loved his road trips to Tennessee. Ray's true passion in life was his love for his family, friends, his pets, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Ray will be missed by many.

 

Ray is also survived by his wife Trisina; two sons, Raymond Alexander IV of Kingsford Heights, IN, and Mason Alexander of Kingsford Heights, IN; daughter, Katlin (Brandon) Alexander of KingsfordHeights; Elizabeth (Matt) Brooks (raised as his own daughter); brother, Phillip (Asheley) Alexander of Kingsford Heights, IN; sister, Michelle (Calvin-Deceased) Johnson; Sister-in-Law, Danielle (Seth) Friend; two grandchildren Vicky and Matt Jr., four nephews Nick, Austin, Phillip Jr., and Hayden; two nieces Alexis and Shiana; step-father Mike Reder; and upcoming granddaughter Luna as well as several aunts and uncles.

 

Raymond was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law Calvin.

 

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN.  A life celebration will be held at a later date cremation has taken place.
