Rick Arndt, 58, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Northwest Health La Porte in La Porte, IN.

 

Rick enjoyed cooking and worked in the Food Service Industry for most of his adult life.  He is survived by his sister Christine, brother David, sister-in-law Nancy and brother-in-law Charlie, several aunts, cousins, nieces, and friends.  Preceding him in death were his parents JR. (Junior) & Sharon, grandparents.

 

Most of all, Rick was blessed to have such wonderful neighbors in Jake and Mary Neary.  They did so many kind things for Rick over the decades he knew them.  They were more like his “special angels” as his health worsened in his later years.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. The family has chosen cremation.
