Randolph "Randy" Stout, 73, of Union Mills, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Rush University Medical Center.

 

Randy was born on July 6, 1948 in La Porte, IN, to Kenneth and Virginia (Howard) Stout.

 

On August 30, 1997 in Union Mills, he married Dolores M. Vandusen who survives.  Also surviving are his only son, Randall Stout of La Porte; stepson, Larry (Kristin) Moss of Union Mills; stepdaughters, Shannon Vandusen of La Porte and Rebecca Cole of La Porte; 7 stepgrandchildren; 3 step great-grandchildren;  2 brothers, Dick (Debbie) Stout of Kingsford Heights and Brad (Lisa) Stout of Austin, MN; 4 sisters, Susie Nehl of Union Mills, Loretta Ake of La Porte and Naples, FL, Barb Stout of Stillwell, and Becky Stout of Hamlet; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

 

He was preceded by his parents; brother, Eddie Stout; nephews, Timmy Stout and Lance Fisk; and stepson, Joshua Moss.

 

Randy proudly served in the United States Army.  He retired from EPAK Machinery in 2020. 

 

He enjoyed gardening and maintaining a beautiful yard.  Randy also enjoyed watching westerns and listening to old school country music.  He was a big Chicago Bears fan.

 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.  Burial will follow at Union Mills Cemetery.

 

A time of visitation will be held from 4 - 7 p.m.  on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center and from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
