Patricia Marie Wozniak, 85, Downingtown, Pennsylvania, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022, at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA.

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, February 18, 2022 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Buffalo & 10th Streets, Michigan City, Indiana with Rev. Gerald Schweitzer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Thursday and from 8:30 am - 9:30 am Friday at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel,    

 

She was born March 15, 1936 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Mitchell J. and Genevieve B. (Jasicki) Zonyk. On October 2, 1954 she married Thomas J. Wozniak who preceded her on in death March 26, 1982.

 

Surviving are three daughters, Tricia M. Wozniak of Wanatah, Indiana, Mary K. (Doug) Freeman of Florence, Kentucky and  Michele J. (Steve) Huber of Valparaiso, IN; four sons, Thomas P. (Teri) Wozniak of Michigan City, Indiana, Dennis M. (Deanna) Wozniak of Downingtown, PA, David J. (Tricia) Wozniak of La Porte, Indiana, Brian E. (Amy) Wozniak of Wanatah, Indiana; 24 grandchildren; 31  great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Brooks Rust of Kouts, Indiana; two brothers, Mitchell Zonyk of Michigan City, Indiana, Robert Zonyk of The Villages, Florida.

 

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Krista Wozniak-Rust; granddaughter, Jordon Rust; two great-grandchildren, Zane Garwood, Zach Gardner; sister, Kathryn Kutch; and brother, Donald Zonyk.   

 

Patricia was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Michigan City, Indiana.
