Ronald served in the US Army.  He worked for EJ&E Railroad for 37 years as a signal maintainer.  Ronald loved fishing, hunting, going to auctions, and collecting coins.  He also loved his nightly rides with Jamie driving in the KOP to look at the deer and geese.  Everyday Ronald would sit by the window to watch the birds and read his newspaper at the kitchen table.

Ronald was a loving Papa and Uncle.  When his grandkids and great-grandkids came to visit, it always brought the biggest smile to his face.  He is truly going to be missed.

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.  A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.

The family would like to thank Jamie, his amazing caretaker over the last few years, who has been selfless, strong, and sacrificed everything to keep her promise to him.
