Lorena M. Beauchamp, 43, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Northwest Health - La Porte.

 

Lorena was born on June 23, 1978 in Michigan City, IN, to Willard and Lois (Jarrell) Thatcher.

 

On October 3, 1998, she married Jack Beauchamp who survives.  Also surviving are her children, Dakota, Austin, Montana, and Sierra Beauchamp, all of Hamlet; adopted son, Akiah Thatcher; 5 grandchildren, Brooke, Kaylee, Dillion, Grayson, and Riser; siblings, Denise (Terry) Thompson of La Porte, Keith Thatcher of Union Mills, Lois (Artie) Noveroske of La Porte, and Willard Thatcher of La Porte; as well as many nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

 

Lorena enjoyed watching movies, cooking and especially loved time with her grandkids.

 

Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
