Everett D. “Goog” Dunfee, 89, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Monday, December 13, 2021.

 

Everett was born October 14, 1932, to the late Joseph and Irene (Marx) Dunfee.

 

Everett was married to Martha (Dove) Dunfee who preceded him in death in 2017.

After serving his country in the United States Navy Everett was employed as a painter with New York Blower. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 83 in La Porte.  He was an avid golfer and loved his cats!

 

Everett leaves behind sons; Steven and Mark Dunfee of La Porte; daughters, Vickie and Karen Dunfee of La Porte; a sister, Beverly ‘Peach” Bell of Mishawaka; half-brothers, Bob and David Orszulak of La Porte; and cousins, Patty Seymour, Joe Kapuscinski of La Porte.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Margaret Ann “Maggie” Kapuscinski; and brother, Thomas A. Dunfee.

 

Cremation has taken place.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana.
